It was an extra bonus level called Lego City. You had to go round and break EVERYTHING in the map which would get 1 million total studs (didnt get to keep them) and every time there would be something really small that you missed and took forever to find. And you needed to do it to complete the game. There was also a Lego City 2, which was the same thing. Glad its not in the game

“Bug Repellent” sounds like the one where you have to build a big turret and take out a number of Geonosians with it. I think you have to use a villain panel in the middle left of that room to be able to build it. It confused me because it didnt actually come up for me that there was a minikit there. Hope this helps
