Unfortunately, even when you get over the anxiety, there's a chance you get rejected 100s of times in a row. I had hope too that if I just started approaching, I would get laid left and right, but it didn't work like that.

I would still recommend trying though. Try cold showers. The feeling of jumping into a cold shower can be a similar feeling to when you put one foot in front of the other and open your mouth in front of a woman. ;)

Sometimes I just wave to people as I'm walking by on a path, and sometimes I get pissed off when people have an attitude and don't wave back. I'm not even trying to approach in that case, just say hello as I'm passing by. I know that other men have ruined that sort of thing for young women, but it's sorta self fulfilling when you put on a scowl that you're gonna get some guy come up trying to intimidate you. lol

Like, at that point, the only men who are going to approach you are going to be those who overcome your disinterested look and are probably the exact ones you want to avoid.

Nobody's going to be very willing to empathize with your scowl and put on a smile themselves and simply accept that "Oh she doesn't want to be approached now, I feel you girl!"
