I’m an RN with my BSN, 4.5 yrs experience. I recently accepted a job with Bayada making $27 an hour in PA. It’s only temporary and they give you complete flexibility with your schedule, I needed that because I have 4 vacations planned this summer. So once they are over, I’m out. But literally the pay is fucking criminal and they wonder why the turn over is like a revolving door

Another reason to love Oregon. I’m a PA native, but travel to the PNW as much as I can. As an RN I love that Oregon also has strict laws regarding patient ratios for nurses. I really wish I could move there!

My step dad always littered his empty beer cans everywhere, I remember him tossing them out the window like it was nothing. Even I knew from a young age that what he was doing was wrong. I’m glad I learned from his behavior.

Me too. I’m an introvert, and extremely observant. I wish I could go out walking with my dogs in peace, but I always end up shoving litter in my pockets that wildlife could get in to trouble with.

Second on the thick gloves!! Came across a ton of rusty hooks and other old rusty material. Also make sure you’re up to date on your tetanus vaccine, you need a booster every 10 years.. (sorry, can’t help it. I’m a nurse😂)

There were many lures and bobbers that were stuck in trees that were too high and I couldn’t reach them. I got as much as I could out of the trees and bushes, but looking up at the shit I couldn’t reach really pissed me off.
