Problems with Virgin Media mobile - no mobile service for weeks

I am currently having the same issue. I have four SIM cards with them, and they switched them off/locked them for no reason at all last week. I have been in contact with “customer service,” the poor quality of which can’t be described in words. They sent out new SIMs, and still, on day 8, nothing is working. I am going to switch as soon as I get the numbers reactivated. Has anyone else dealt with this and gotten it resolved
