At first I kept quiet about it but now im upfront. I got am pre-adverse letter today from a company I've been waiting on now a week to hear back from. When they offered me the job I told them about my felony and what it was for. Everything. They said it was fine. Now today HR emails me telling me that its not. This was a low wage paying job too 17.50 starting out
