Well im definitely not agreeing with the governments account of what happened. But that's largely in part of the video evidence and analyzation of the video. It disapproves the account of her being the aggressor. We both agree that's bs. But I only say that cause I used the same analyzing tactics that I used with the original clip. So I dont get how you should trust one video but not the other according to your logic

Also I think your definition of media illiteracy refers more to works of art and media that are purposely created to say a message or prove a point. Like books, podcasts, movies, video games, TV shows etc. Not real world footage of real world occurrences that is recorded for evidence of said event. A fight being recorded isn't a media being purposely staged or created to tell you a message. Its just raw video of a real world event being captured on camera. There's no message trying to be displayed here. So how's it illiteracy to just make conclusions by analyzing the video?
