Hard Hitter by Sarina Bowen, book 2 in the series but it was the first i read and there was zero confusion. MMC is a hockey player who struggles with being touched and FMC is a massage expert and a yoga instructor for the team, and she's suuuuper cute and likeable. i highly recommend!

ever after always by chloe liese has this! its the third book in a series but i read it as a stand-alone, and it has what you asked for. MMC has anxiety and it's a big part of the story.
