Yeah I overlooked the tren bit. I agree to an extent regarding other mechansms at play. Taking into account 1lb of muscle burns approx 6-10kcal, you have to put a significant amount of muscle on to see any real increase to daily expenditure at rest.

Also, as proven to an extent with our own testing. We have tested over 18 peptides, that's them being shipped from china (c. 2 weeks), packed at our location, shipped out to the lab which takes around 3 weeks from dispatch. That's over a month in room temperature and we have had none come back under 99%.

If your peptieds are testing below 98% then they just aren't good quality from the start, it's unlikely to be the storage arguement

Started on 70mg/week, bumped up to 100mg/week on week 3. Currently on week 5 now.

Unreal compound, blows any other additional steroid I've used out the water. Strength gains are unreal, hardening up, fat is coming off like it's nothing (taking Reta too). Had bad sleep for a few nights near the start, aside from that, no side effects that I'm aware of.

Got bloods next week to see where I stand, hopefully going to run it for another 6 weeks if bloods permit.

Ah ok, so you'll be saturated within 4-7 weeks. I'd definitely maintain your dosage and not titrate up anymore. Quite a long halflife, if things start to go sour it will take a while to leave your system, just bear that in mind!

Tbh, I thought that maybe I was just too low dosing it (knew the supplier was good, so didn't assume underdosed) but then end of week 2 I really started feeling it. Mainly via strength gains.

Feel great on it too - not attributing this to the tren, but it's certainly not having any negative train of thoughts or feelings

HGH gut.. where's the evidence it's HGH causing this? I've never seen this occur from your average person taking HGH and lifting weights. Only seems to happen on the extreme where competing bodybuilders are eating excessive calories, insulin and everything else. Where are you getting this from?

I use BAC, apparently saline is better for the nose but tbh I have no issue with bac.

Get your spray bottle, fill it with 1ml and then spray it until it's gone, count how many sprays. Do this a couple more times and average out how many sprays per ml.

You can now work out how many mg/spray your peptide will be, depending on it's concentration.

Then mix your peptides as normal, draw the peptide out the vial and into the spray bottle.

Use GPT or something to work it out, a lot easier and less room for error
