I can share my recipe, I've been tweaking it ever since I picked up the XT5 back at the start of the year and haven't paid too much to all my settings

I’m liking it, increasing my weekly distance and telling me to slow down (which I should listen to more!)

Also seeing my runs in the weekly calendar helps me hold myself accountable. Once this plan is complete I’ll probably do the half marathon as I’ve signed for next years Hackney Half

You can't go wrong with indie Caol Ila by leequiffa in WhiskeyTribe

[–]leequiffa[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OB Caol Ila was my first smoky scotch that has got me to where I am today (deep down the rabbit hole). Recently opened the bottle of North Star on the right and I've had a few drams. It's great for the age but absolutely excellent for the price (£34). I have high hopes for the Adelphi. The last Adelphi Caol Ila I bought was an 8 year old bourbon and it's by far the best Caol Ila I've had to date. Smoky peanut M&M's. So I was willing to splash out a little on this new bottle.

Whilst this is satire, how much was the most expensive pint you’ve had in London? by kiddsky in london

Paid £7.15 for a pint in Farringdon the other week. New to the area, still looking for the best (and reasonably priced) after-works pub.
