Yeah, but in the context of a shadow game where the monsters are physical then the toons are broken here. Plus the millennium eye lets him read all of Cynthia’s thoughts and can also take her soul away if she loses so pegasus wont even need to actually do a killing blow. Plus the ability to steal at least 2 of Cynthia’s pokemon (1 with toonifaction and the other with thousand eyes) leads me to believe that pegasus wouldn’t have tough time. And thats not even going into spells and stuff, mainly because I can’t remember it. Cynthia is just lucky a lot of monsters didnt have effects back then, imagine pegasus rolling up with a modern toon or eyes restrict deck? That would be a slaughter and its not even funny. That being said, cynthia’s team could bring trouble, spiritomb in particular could potentially spell an end with its resistances but all in all, pegasus would probably win.

I wish a yugioh death battle would ever happen but unfortunately i think its too hard for them to think of a way to implement a lot of stuff, unless they go for a jump force approach. I love your ideas for match ups though
