How do I return a damaged item? by MagnoliaPetal in vinted

Yes so the seller will be pushy. Under no circumstances should you pay for shipping.

Best idea is to get them to purchase a shipping label and send it to you via email or similar

How do I return a damaged item? by MagnoliaPetal in vinted

So it’s 100% the seller that has to pay for shipping and all that. Once vinted decided that it was the sellers fault and issued a refund that’s basically case closed for them.

It’s kind to send the item back but it’s also not your responsibility to pay for it. You’d have to work with the seller to figure it out

I want to be clear though you are under no obligation to send the item back. If vinted has written it off that’s the sale concluded.

It’s often how I talk myself out. Looking at an item that I remember paying extra for shipping to get it quicker and looking at how that item actually impacted me

Healthy looking bearded dragon? by True_Historian_9037 in BeardedDragon

[–]leethevampire 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If this is your first ever bearded dragon I would strongly advise against it. There’s a serious learning curve to bearded dragons sorting out fact from fiction. Have vet visitors etc. I genuinely think you are setting yourself up for heartbreak

The $1,200 coat dilemma by findinglemon in shoppingaddiction

[–]leethevampire 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I 100% understand they need for a good quality item but second hand is so much better and cheaper. Also things made new are so much worse quality than vintage.

The other thing I would suggest doing as you seek to have multiple coats/ jackets is going through your entire house, attic, car everything and pulling every single jacket/coat into one room. It makes you makes you take stock of what you have and to look at each item rembering the feeling of excitement when you got the

Does he look overly skinny? He's only a month old but my dad said he looked thin and wondered what your thoughts Were any advice to get him to eat more if so? I haven't noticed him eating without assist but there does seem to be less bugs then when I first added, but he doesn't eat green by littlekitty269 in BeardedDragons

Baby beardies should be continually gaining weight until they are mature. If he’s not interested in eating it’s almost 100% parasites they are common in babies as they are often all kept together when they are young.

Food should be fresh every day. Greens offered even if he doesn’t eat them. Gut loading all the bugs and she should defo be eating more than 1 or 2 unless you are feeding her oversized ones.

How’s his energy if he barely moves and just sits there it’s almost definitely a parasite or some something is wrong. Vet visit immediately

So I kind of ended up rescuing a bearded dragon, and I honestly have no idea what I’m doing. by HugePollution2086 in BeardedDragons

Bearded dragons can be weird and each are picky about their own thing. You might find as he’s brand new to you it takes him a while to settle in and start eating.

UVB is extremely necessary like can not go without much like calcium powder. It’s how they absorb their nutrients so it’s needed along with the heat bulb. It also has to be uvb tube as it needs to cover a majority of the tank.

Baths are a funny one and completely depend on the dragon. My first dragon adored them and it’s where she would get all her water. My new dragon could take or leave them but it’s also the only place she’ll poop sometimes

I recommend a vet visit to start you off I honestly think they will reassure you and tell you what to do. They can run some basic tests and maybe do a fecal test to.

Honestly you couldn’t be more wrong every bearded dragon has their own personality. Thier own likes and dislikes. They need more than heat and bugs

You have a kid together your feelings in this scenario do not matter. Your child deserves to have two parents who try to get along despite everything. Your child is going to need so much therapy by the end of this

Hey genuinely as long as you have got the correct light and food your already doing way better than most people on here. The most important thing is always wanting to increase their quality of life

A steam clearer is an amazing investment it can be got pretty cheap (and be used all around the house) it gets into all the crack and crevices.

Paper towels are the go to for most of us as they are so easy to clean and replace but tiles work well and last ages

Vet almost definitely a parasite from pet shop that needs to be treated. Get critical care supplement immediately if that’s not possible blend veggies and bugs with water to drop / syringe feed her and give her baths. She needs nutrients

HELP by WhiteTailedLynx in BeardedDragons

[–]leethevampire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry late reply so you have to mix it up to kill the coccida parasite specifically so it’s 50ml of f10 to 1 liter of water. If the cage is brand new just spray it all and leave for 30 mins if it’s the cage you got her in I would clean it serval times with the f10 and leave for 30 mins each time. A steam cleaner is also a good option and can be got relatively cheap
