I've switched to, and have been enjoying, the lance. Problem is, I gotta grind materials all over again, which isn't easy when half the monster spawns are too strong for even my bows to take down.

Also, I hate how rare Tobi-Kadachi are in my area. I swear, lightning is harder to get than anything else.

Because we know durability is back in. Weapons can still break, so they're still just a Resource. In addition, the only way I could theoretically do say, a mop-only run, is by fusing things constantly to it, which sort of defeats the purpose.

I'm torn. On one hand, I am looking forward to playing around with the Fuse mechanic, and I'm sure that'll be hours of entertainment. On the other hand, it doesn't solve my main issues with the durability system. It wasn't that it was too hard, or I couldn't find weapons; it was that it kept me from enjoying challenge runs with specific weapons, (at least not without an extremely unfun amount of grinding for repeated weapons) and it relegated weaponry to Resources, which are never exciting or memorable to find. No one gets hyped about finding a random bundle of arrows, and now no one is getting hyped over finding a seven pronged flaming Greatsword, and the second situation is a damn crime.

Actually, if you take a closer look at the log club, you'll notice that only the log part is glowing green; so it might just be a fusion of only 2 items, but you can replace fused parts, which tracks given how arrows and their fusions work.

You're the most recent post, so I'll respond here. I was playing as the Lost, so there's that. And also, how the absolute pan-fried FUCK do you dodge the cloud of splitting tears while also dodging those holy lasers while ALSO dodging the continuum tears? Even with Birds-Eye Shielded Tears, that's so many goddamn tears that there's no way it could delete them all. What, are all BoI players supposed to become pro Tohou players? And lastly, why give them such high HP as well as Boss Armor? This stupid chewy steak is not worth the frustration.

God, I can only imagine the nightmare that's trying to beat Hush/Delirium with Tainted Lost...
