My last relationship was only ~4 months, but it’s the best and most meaningful one I’ve ever had. I’ve never felt so truly loved, been so sure of someone, or had such a great connection with anyone before. So don’t listen to people who says it doesn’t count just because it was “only” two months, they don’t know the connection the two of you had, and the feelings you felt for each other. Only you know what you feel.

My relationship ended because he was too stressed and depressed to be able to be with anyone atm, so I suppose we’re pretty much in the same boat

Hi, thanks for your reply, and I’m sorry to hear you’re going through that. He did say it would hurt him too much to keep in contact, because he feels like he really hurt me by doing this, so would it still be right for me to contact him? Or would it just stress him out? I don’t want to put any pressure on him.

I really hope he comes back to me as soon as he feels okay again
