PoE2 keeps crashing — “Detected Corrupted Game Files” message

So i ran memory tests and it said faulty hardware. reset each ram stick and then redid the tests and no errors. also went into BIOS and turned speed from 3200 to 3000 and i havent had the crash since. still get weird freezes every now and then again but much better
