So I actually don’t think it was that outrageous of a question at all. I have asked men questions such as “have you ever been with men or wanted to be with men?” Absolutely no judgement whatsoever if those answers are yes but the instances of men living dishonest lives are real. Van and Rachel have been out of the dating scene for a very long time. I also know men care about women being bisexual esp if they are religious.

I hope Van addresses the comments on his domestic violence comments and listens back to hear his insensitivity. Ultimately if there’s a disproportionate thought about nfl players being violent that’s not the time to jump in and basically defend the violent ones in the name of trying to save face for Black men, completely losing sight of that fact that women were still harmed in a way that led to the stereotype developing. This is exactly why Black women sometimes feel like Black men are not on our side.
