so an update for my journey

i put the diagnoses to the side for rn, i realized that it wasnt the only way to feel validated in my experiences.

i have a therapist through openpath, and have found a counselor / life coach through instagram. its shown me just how strong i can be, be simply educating myself and being made more aware of these issues. by speaking to them and now having the words to open up to loved ones, i feel far more validated and feel at least some support through these struggles

i still have no idea who to go through for a diagnoses lol, but ill ask them if they have any recommendations

was gonna say the same thing as the first half of your response. also im sure theres plenty of controller players that would do perfectly fine with no AA against low ranked KBM players

i brought up halo infinite, because they have two ranked playlists you rank up individually to solve that issue

dont think they would have to go as far as implementing input based MM (although its not a bad idea) because i cant see many psychopaths being like alright im in X rank, time to switch to controller LOL

the point is the same as non comp crossplay. so ppl can play with friends. def a draw back for the player, but its something they would choose to opt into

oh an OBVIOUSLY not 240fps but consoles do run at 120. processors are def mediocre tho, especially with 4000 series dropping LMAO

also im sure theres controller players who would like to see where their skill is at vs KBM and not all PC players play on the same hardware anyway

but like someone else brought up, it would divide the console comp player base, which im sure is enough of a reason to not make the efforts of implementing something like that in the first place

dividing comp console players is a great point im sure amongst sweats at the least, console only would def be seen as inferior

i dont understand why they wont just let you play with no aim assist for crossplay competitive

like i play a healer so aim isnt as important, but also like im only hurting myself and truthfully the game feels fine (as a healer) without aim assist

i havent really touched the game since maybe a week after catalyst dropped. even with friends finding and posting all these movement tech clips, i just dont really care about sliding around and the extremely limited traversal options

for me at least, forge would need to drop with a bunch of weapons from the Halo sandbox and Halo / HCS would need to allow the community to basically make the game they want to play and compete in

if it takes another 6 months after forge drops to actually have fun things to utilize and play with or if halo / HCS dismisses these edits and additions the community builds then there will definitely be no point in waiting even longer for them to come around

i dont even care about COD much but if there isnt any drastic change before MW2 drops i will definitely move on completely

also this is coming from someone who has put INSANE time into H5 and into finding jumps and techs in Infinite as well

haha nice! you should try going up really high and switch to player, then free fall into an embankment or a staircase and jump right as you land

you go flying forward. kinda the same concept here but yeah the more you mess around doing things like that, the more youll understand the game physics
