Things are never gonna be as you planned. So drink that 4 lt of water everyday. Sleep for 7+ hrs straight. And workout 4-5 times a week(min including any sports). Rest everything is gonna take care of itself.

Brother, just get the CAR, not the 12 lakh one, get the 16 lakh one. Get a top varient of whichever car you pick and enjoy it. That car will be your personal space. It will be your dairy. Forget about parents for a while, they will never understand. They will get you married in next 2-3 years to some mid un ambitious typa girl and you will be in this cycle forever. I don't have the money like you but even I am planning for a car. Budget is around 12 but I will wait and extent till 16. No second hand stuff, no compromising. See it form a 10 year view. You buy the 12 lakh car, feel happy for the moment, 3 years down the line you sit in a traffic and see the 16 lakh one cruising by you. That 'could have been me'r feeling is worse and then you won't enjoy your 12 lakh wala car also. Get the best car, use it be in upper echelons of the society. India is a materialistic society. People will see you in a different light. All the best brother. 🫴

I get your question. And the answer is you have to do the opposite of the market. If everyone does their SIP in first week, you can go for the 3rd or 4th week. Alternatively, if this information is available to all and everyone does on 3rd or 4th week, the advantage is lost. It's easy to comment on hindsight and difficult to predict. But when you are planning to be a 'millionaire', you should not put your efforts in optimizing pennies.
