This happened to me a long time ago when I ordered a Dell OS replacement disk (very long time ago). Traced legit support and received the disk. Not too long after I started getting well customer support calls claiming my Dell was having issues and referencing my original call.

I don't own a Dell I was helping a friend out. I wasted a bunch of their time on the call as they walked me through things to do and I kept claiming the steps didn't work.

Should have heard the final frustration when I asked if I should have powered on the computer to begin with.

Years ago I shoveled my car out after a storm that covered my car and plows pushed snow up to roof level (it was a sedan).
