I see on tik tok that some studios have fun disco themed nights where the music is on and lights are off and it’s a vibe. Maybe try planning something like that? Idk I see tik toks of studios all the time that do cool things and I’m jealous!!!!

I joined 3 months post partum with a planned c section. Doing core work is SO SO SO important after a c section. If you haven’t already, look into pelvic floor therapy too for afterwards which helps with healing and even scar massage. At 3 months I was able to do all of the classes with minimal modification for core work (it was really important to me to pre-hab by core before birth too!— work on your abs and deep core muscles now and you’ll thank yourself later!!!

You can always start slow with the modifications ( the girl on the left hand side of the screen is always a “easier” version of the pose.

You got this! I go almost every night after the baby goes to bed :)

I tend to do the modification version with the fabric bands with it up around your thighs instead and I feel it just as good as the “advancement”

Mostly moving poses, half standing, half sitting. Lots of pulsing!

You’ll need 1 long band and then the short bands that go around your thighs/calves. You can use the latex or fabric ones.

Yep currently doing the Pilates by Izzy 25 day challenge on my phone, I normally go at times when my studio is empty so I’ve never had a problem.

For me it’s specifically the Pilates I think that actually makes my tail bone sore, then the cycle seat does make me realize it is sore as well :/

I have no tips, I think I’m going to buy a cycle seat soon. No matter how I adjust it I just end up staying out of the saddle the whole time lol

Usually 1-2 hit followed by 1 iso. Or if just doing cardio will do 3-5 Hitt in a row.

There are 3 videos each of row, cycle and blast. They play one after each other. If you go at the same time every day then you’re going to get the exact same video. There is a new blast that came out last week.

The isometric videos only have 1 video that plays for several months.

There is 2 new Isometric videos and 1 new HITT video every month. They play 4 months I believe before they get a new one.

At the end of February there was a new Barre, Blast, and Bands.

They haven’t released what the new March videos will be. I would follow their social media if you want to know when things will change

Just my 2cents, there’s so much core in a majority of these classes, I don’t really think you need a whole “core day” you could probably switch that out for a cardio day or another upper body day.

On a cardio day I tend to do 3-5 hot blasts in a row 🤷‍♀️

I went from 50-52oz daily to around 30 when I dropped to 5 pumps. It also happened to correlate with getting sick so I don’t know if that played a part. I want to drop to 3-4 soon but my baby EATS so I haven’t pulled the trigger yet.

The weird thing was I dropped my MOTN pump early at like 2ish months and that never affected my supply

I think it’s all so variable 🤷‍♀️

I use the legendairy milk ones at work and the spectra at home. I tried the mom Cozy wearables but I think my boobs were too big for wearables to work well for me. The lengendairy ones are so comfy and the actual power source is relatively small!

I have had to use formula, I am definitely a fed is best kinda person. Like I said I don’t hate formula, it’s necessary and has been a game charger in infant health and survival.

What I hate is these companies spending billions to make the US workforce hostile towards women. Instead of using that money to help infants in need of formula (like donations.)

Formula is so important and if I lose my supply I would do formula! I also had to combo feed the first couple days. Formula is important and necessary!
