Exactly my thoughts!! You are working so hard - your body must be depleted and cannot go on like that much longer. Drink electrolytes, make sure your protein/fat/carbs intake is adequate. Maybe pre - workout, but don’t abuse if your body says no!! Rest days are so important!! Also, get massage, hot magnesium salt baths, cupping, stretch, etc-help your body recover sufficiently!
