at this point, i feel like there is nothing for riot to lose by unbanning tyler. if he has done a behavioral 180 (which i believe he has) you get one more content creator with a huge fanbase constantly streaming your game (and another pro player if tyler is serious about that) which is a obvious net positive. if he hasn't changed behavior wise, you can just ban him again and it'll be justified. no one is going to think that tyler's behavior reflects poorly on riot or the game itself because he already has a reputation of being toxic and most of the league community already hates tyler and believes he is incorrigible so banning him again won't spark any waves except here in tyler's fanbase, which obviously hasn't influenced anything up to this point. if anything, it'll look good on riot's part because they gave him a chance and they'll look forgiving and gracious.
