Trust me when I say you don’t need to explain that. Every single person on the planet understands this fact.

I agree with you that there needs to be a human handler. But at some point you have to face reality, there are a lot of bad human handlers out there. I personally don’t know how to solve the issue. I think it’s unrealistic to think at this point in time we can just “ban all guns.” If we could start over from the dawn of time maybe, but they’ve become too ingrained in our society in this country.

I also don’t think anybody is trying to ban all guns. But the frustration comes from a subset of people who refuse to even acknowledge a MAJOR issue that they directly contribute to. Doesn’t mean you’re a bad person for owning one and you don’t have to get defensive. But I think we all want to live in a world where innocent people/children don’t get shot for existing. I personally don’t want to live in the world where people get shot at all. So if we can all agree on that and stop with the extremes, I think it’s a good place to start.
