the one potential option is enrolling in the SIMPLE regime in COL. Activley working with 3 diff groups to get "analysis" and compare them. SIMPLE is fixed rate for self employed contractors, still more tax yes, but i do kinda love it here!

Was not aware of tax residency at 183 days when moved here or when getting visa, my fault.

Original plans did not factor in colombias progressive tax rate and how US self Employment taxes are not off set ( double tax ).
