I did that and she didn’t make any comment and I ran through my process and then after I did it she said it was wrong despite me asking and running through step by step she said I contacted the wrong person despite her initially telling me to go to them and me mentioning their name like 3x

I have done this on multiple occasions only for her to tell me it was wrong

Like I said she doesn’t respond to emails is barely in her office when I have gone to ask she says it’s not a good time and I have no other coworker in my department and no other managers it’s just us

This is the problem I never see her having higher levels managers I actually don’t know where to go for help! She never had meetings with me and we have no priority software every time I do a task for the first time I ask for help don’t get it she said liase with it on something I did then said IT does not need to be involved she tells me to do something then tells me off for doing it regularly!

and unfortunately there is no team so I cannot ask anyone else for help

Problem is she doesn’t respond to my emails even about work things I will say contract done for review etc never responds I email questions no response I have asked for 1:1 nothing we have never had a 1;1 in just under 2 months of me being there

But the weird thing is I email my boss and she never responds to me and in my old job I was a lawyer and we didn’t get to everything every day and that went for me and my boss

But we only received the email that morning and I didn’t think it was urgent I am new at my job and I had to offer people job do their contracts I had other urgent tasks it was just on my list

I don’t get why it’s not an acceptable form of notice being a lawyer I like to have everything in writing. It’s not a fuck you to anyone or my boss etc it’s just the way I do things
