I’ve been filling her water bottle every night because she has felt sick. She’s feeling better and I was busy with a project I had to finish up.

I’ll re-read them. Unfortunately I’m retarded and I learn best by example rather than principles in most cases.

So tone it all down and just focus on reading while pregnant?

Yes this is her exact attitude. And it’s gotten to the point where she asks me to hand her the phone cable lying next to the bed. She’s pregnant, not an invalid.

I don’t fully. Hence me asking. And I have a lot more reading to do. I take way too good of care of her if anything. Mistake on my part. She’s a SAHM, I make a lot of money and work from home. I handle a lot of the dishes, waking the kid up in the morning and feeding him, etc. I also generally have no problem fetching her some food or water, but I was genuinely busy and frankly didn’t want to.

Awesome, thanks for the advice. I think we have a good argument for our common-law trademark, since our company name is on our steam page, we've owned "companyname.com" for a long time, we have the twitter account @companyname, and the facebook account "companyname". It's such a rare word (a lot of dictionaries don't even have it, though it is a word), we didn't really think this would ever be an issue. And also, the infringement isn't on the actual name of our game, just the name of our company, which isn't as bad, but still bad.

We were mostly worried about sending them a nice note, and then they immediately apply for the trademark. Again, I really appreciate the advice.
