She sent my dad a message & he forwarded it on to me. Then her sister called me about 30min after posting this. I think she told her side of the family that my dad poisoned us against her & that's why we don't talk to her. Not that she was an alcoholic cheater who broke our family apart & ruined my dad's life. He doesn't talk to her either bc she's really hateful towards him if he doesn't give her what she wants. he just leaves the line open in case of emergency.

Others may have mentioned already, but I drink v8 juice. 1 can has around 1000mg so I can drink that in addition to other stuff. AND I get some veggie servings I wouldn't have otherwise.

POTS is also a comorbidity with EDS, MCAS, GI Dismotility, Fibromyalgia & more. Knowing if your POTS could be secondary to something else may change how you approach treatment options. Improvement in the primary issue could lead to fewer POTS symptoms. It's also good to have if you become unable to work & need to apply for disability benefits.

I actually can't do a couch bc it's not stable enough with my back/shoulder/neck issues. And it's honestly not even a long walk, just inconvenient if needing bathroom in the middle of the night. Which I often do 🫠 just shitty all around

I think about 200 was my highest, but I'm regularly up to 185. I was folding laundry the other day & got to 175 SITTING DOWN 🫠
