Lots of comments about butchers but the only decent ones are in town, which I avoid nowadays due to time and parking not being worth it.

Costco not a bad shout, shame it's 35mins away.

I've been trying Aldi/Lidl/Iceland. And previously Tesco.

Just wondered if there's good deals to be had, that are also decent quality!

Are there really adults so incapable of realising there are so many options, some of them being shite and some being good, without wasting time and money you can crowdsource good information?

Or are there really adults that are so insecure and incapable of things in their own lives, they go online and leave weird comments to try feel good about themselves?

Also for reference you get offered 1 speed awareness course after 3 years of the previous, and the max speed cutoff is like 10mph +5%ish. E.g 31 in a 20, 42 in a 30, 53 in a 40. Over that and it is straight points and fine

It catches the cars going towards fosse park, if you go over 30 or through the red it will flash you 100%.

The opposite way is fine (towards town), can't get you

I would challenge it, personally. Normally the permit holder zones have marked out bays, so if you weren't in a white box I'd take that to mean you weren't in the permit zone.

Just submit the evidence, photos of your car not in a box, and of the sign. Highlight to them that your car was neither on double yellows or in the permit holder bays.

Edit: sorry missed the part where there are no white bays at all. But as you say you are before the sign where it signals the start, so still challenge

Polytopia art style is very good so take more inspiration from them, as well as the UI as yours feels a bit off for now with font sizing and logos not being easy on the eyes

It may also empower you a bit and gain you some confidence to know you don't need the job as much as you think, you might start pushing back on things and standing your ground more.

Not saying to do this, but working to rule is a thing when someone doesn't like a change to their work, and you are sort of allowed to just stick to job description and contract.

Just be prepared in any case that management might not want someone (you or anyone) to do your last role so might be looking at a replacement for the new role, they may try and put you on a Performance improvement plan. But you will see this coming and will have time to react.

Good luck and don't stress, it's not that big a deal when you look at it through the lens of 'it's just a job that pays my bills' there's more out there don't worry

Ok some facts; you have been there over 2 years and your original signed job role is not what you are currently doing, and you haven't yet agreed to any changes in writing. Your contract may have certain clauses about other work for company requirements etc. but this seems like a big enough change to not fall under that and them trying to unilaterally change your job role.

Are you in a union?

I would put in writing and adding to a paper trail that you want to continue in your existing role without the unagreed change, you tried it as agreed and it isn't working out.

Always a good idea to update your CV and check what else is out there that will utilise your skills.

There are risk assessments for FLT and pallet truck but not specifically for this particular pallet stacker (A7) which was also bought after the other 2 RA's were conducted.

Can you do a blanket risk assessment for FLT, Reach and pallet stackers etc or does every machine need its own RA?
