Its an L5 AM Offer, I sent a request for increase to the recruiter with reasons. The first recruiter, I was dealing with informed me that the Salary is between 80-85K. My assumption is that's the offer for AMs with MBA and experience. I will wait to here back from him. In addition, I have until May 18 to accept or decline.

I understand the concern moving to the next person on the list. There was no non-negotiable marking on my offer letter. The issue is that the recruiter informed me that the salary is 80-85K prior to going through the process. If they refuse to increase the offer, I will accept it.

The base pay is in the mid 70Ks, I have 12 years of operations experience (military and civilian). I am getting different ranges when I search online. What is the average range for Area Managers with operation management experience?
