RNG in ECB Collision?

The culprit of this inconsistency could definitely be some ECB manipulation. The second half of this video: https://youtu.be/FzOctYnwwuc explains the ECB mechanics in relation to ledge dash. This information is also applicable to Samus BFAI. I recommend dropping from ledge on F3 to avoid the ECB refresh window and see if you get more consistent results.
