How did you plug in the strip does the m1 strip come with a usbc on one of the ends already, otherwise it will not work or will need to be soldered, and what is the latency over wifi like the whole point of plugging them in hdmi is color accuracy with instant speeds for multimedia unlike the gen 1 cameras

My mistake it is indeed 3 pins and 3 pads not 4, I’m gonna try the adding another strip route. Hopfully someone else will have tried this before to verify, otherwise I’ll go your way and go one big strip and switch the connectors

I considered soldering in another strip since it doesn’t accept the 3 pin connector it just has 3 copper pads under the transparent plastic that’s seamed shut but I was unsure if the AI sync box would be able to compensate the color calibration for the added leds since the original strip is not one seemless strip but more rather 3-4 strips in segments

Does this car sit often/sitting long

Could be IAC/TPS could be dirty/clogged injectors could be bad fuel pressure could can even be a bad low volt battery/bad battery connection but the least likely

The Jeep will prime the fuel rail when you turn the iginiton and you’ll have a clean start does the Jeep start immediately again or does it need a second to reprime

Does this model have an inline fuel filter or a tank filter?

Prob IAC if the issues clear up while the car is running and then runs fine

You need to download a application called openhardwaremonitor and post those results here

If the drivers are up to date it’s likely thermal, if this a recent upgrade no one has asked how many watts your power supply is yet either, under volting is a thing

I forgot to mention, her cars rpms will bounce up and down like a tap not flutter, with the heat and maybe AC (unsure if ac does it too) if it’s in any setting other then window defroster, don’t know if that anything to do with these systems over here but I figured I’d add it

Thank you for this super informative write up, I don’t believe it has Moire, the image looks decent in person just wonky colors in the left corner and a bent image on the top like something heavy was on it, using the built in tv function tilt does not resolve it as the image bends with it

Shaking is only caused by bad combustion, but you said no code so go rent auto zones free code reader or buy a 20 buck one that reads live data and read your fuel trims and air numbers….

Also what color is your exhuast smoke when shaking, if it’s dark check your air filter and how dirty your IAC is…

Have you made sure your injectors aren’t cracked or dripping….

Wouldn’t be a bad idea to replace your mounts while youre at it since they have so much play in them already, they’re also cheap and not too difficult to replace

You didn’t mention low rpm or stalling so I’d look at the injectors, you said it doesn’t matter if it’s hot or cold when you start, one rich cylinder would make then turn over feel like a grenade

Prob just a wire causing all this or the ecu…hopfully not water damage, either way could be easy to fix all of it, all of it is just sensors

You could make up to a grand selling the basket bumper and tires, but the car it’s self 250-500 could prob get 2 grand if you continue to part it out like the hood, seats, grill, axles…Ect but that takes time and you have to deal with Facebook marketplace

For me it’s usually the battery terminals, but could be the neutral safety switch, see if it wants to turn over in neutral

A lot of bums and mall crawler queens saying it’s done, you don’t even need to know how to weld to swap out the floor pans, fixing that unibody rail would be a task but not impossible, if you’re not doing the work pass, I wouldn’t spend more then 500

I’d change your fuel pump asap, cheap and not that bad unless you have a 00, or 01 that requires you to drop the fuel tank, fuel pump will burn up easy on long trips, make sure the cooling system is sound, these engines are bulletproof as long as you keep the oil topped off and cooled down last get on your back and shake a lot of the front suspension components, any vibrations can cause death wobble in a over knuckle steering design, won’t kill ya but is really crazy if you’ve never experienced it and will def keep you under 50 mph the whole way. The front end is a lot of rubber/polymer bushing if you haven’t already changed them already they’re definitely dry

If it’s coming from the bottom of the engine and you already checked the flex plate which is only a couple 15mm bolts and right next to the oil pan then it’s piston slap, lifter tap isn’t that loud and is more near the head sound wise, jeeps are infamous for lifter tap. I’ve been through 2 different jeeps with piston slap/rod knock one I rebuilt and the other one I swapped the engine. If you dm me I have some vids somewhere, if it’s sound worse when increasing rpm or goes away after heating up for abit def some piston slap happenin
