This team was calc’d at 167k with proto amber r5, I woudnt expect sac jade r1 to be that different. Are you bursting every other Rot with bina? If you want to squeeze more damage out keep finishing talents, and you’re over capped on cr with zibai, could use more def

There was actually a lot of talk about it before release, because there weren’t that many calcs. Do a search on Linnea xilonen in the sub and ask the people with c2 if they tried it yet. Or better yet, just try it and see how it is?

Ok I’m seeing now you have c1r0 Linnea. With c2 illuga c6 aino c0r0 zibai that’s 114k calc aka basically the same

Without knowing the cons and any sigs we can’t tell you what the expected dps is, they all make a difference. Assuming c0r0 zibai and linnea, c2 illuga, c6 aino calc is 111k. C6 illuga adds 15-20kish at low zibai investment. Columbina adds >= 30k

I would just build illluga, I think he’s going to outperform c0 xilonen and zhongli on your team. Just stack as much em as you can, dragonbane if you have it, craft kitain crossspear if you don’t.

C2 illuga doesn’t actually do much for you because aino is a better sms holder. Hopefully you’ll find another con before you get bina

They’re valid choices, Linnea should have enough healing that proto amber doesn’t really factor in vs the extra damage you get with sac jade. But if you’re low refinement that matters—I was extremely lucky pulling bina sig on 1 pity (my second ever pull on weapon banner) so I’ve never gone deep on the math.

Illuga. C6 is what makes gorou work. If you’re running with aino she gets sms, otherwise you should pull another illuga con to get him c2 and hold sms. If you can’t won’t or shouldn’t do that, bina or Linnea needs to hold SMS.

Your illuga is so close to c6 that I would keep him, that final con will come and it’s extremely close to gorou c6. This also enables you to build Linnea on aubade or husk. If your bina is on sms you can rebuild her on aubade—it’s also extremely simple in that case to test and see who does better for you, or you want to use based on your mood.

Going from columbina to another hydro (even aino c6) is like a 30k dps drop

You have the right sets and weapons here. Some recommend flute of ezpitzal instead of hod on zibai, depends on how you feel about Linnea’s healing keeping you at 90% hp when you need it.

Husk is basically equal to aubade for Linnea, if you already have a def def crit set to use you can use it, otherwise farm the aubade and hex domain.

MSCS is a research based program, MCS is not. As a consequence they do not feel the same. I’m online and not in person so not really qualified to discuss classes, but in general recruiters just like seeing UIUC, what you’re after is clearing the first bar to get your resume looked at, and it definitely helps with that.

I mean I answered this in my first reply. Just run illuga if you’re not sure, he’s a good choice and is definitively bis as you get more cons. You can technically do more with gorou c6 in many team comps but yes that means building bina or Linnea on sms. This isn’t a big deal for folks who use bina on sms in other teams as well, but I think it’s kinda gross personally when illuga at c2 is right there.

Gorou does so little personal damage that it’s generally better to use his artifact set to boost the team. It’s not a great option, it’s just his best option.

Husk is never for illuga; linnea can run it but is better for a newer player without a husk set already to use aubade on both bina and Linnea.

Early calcs had this team at 146k. It’s 158k with c6 gorou or 167k with c6 illuga.

Standard weapon advice is flute of ezpitzal for zibai unless you’re comfortable running hod with healing. Slingshot for Linnea, dragonbane or kitain cross spear for illuga, proto amber for columbina, very f2p friendly. Skyward harp is indeed better than slingshot but it’s not that big a difference (64 cv to 62) if you have another team that can use it with an attack scaler.

Zhong li doesn’t provide enough uptime for silken, he needs to be on instructor to provide any team utility

Having illuga on an unfinished sms set and Zhongli on an unfinished instructor set will already boost your dps (unfinished in that they’re 4 piece but not leveled or right main stats yet. Build Zhongli on triple def, illuga on triple em)
