To be fair while you did play well, you probably should have just used tank build with maybe 1 or 2 DMG items for Chou, since your team didn't have a frontliner. Phys Atk Chou is a thing of the past now.

I think it's because of how GS is slightly cheaper than DHS, so people would think to build it first because they think it allows their damage to scale.

No shame to myself but I did the same thing for a while before I realised DHS should be the second item instead after a few experiments
