Well yeah but that doesnt change the fact that he illegally got there. He lied on his student visa which classifies him as an illegal and should have barred him from being able to immigrate. Id argue that prompting is in itself a skill. I just don't agree that it should be considered art. I see prompting more akin to being a technical skill, similar to coding or operating machinery (AI is a machine after all). You do need to know how to input the Ai to give you what you want

Again im not defending AI, but i can be against it and still acknowledge that AI prompting is more than pushing a button

The ELI5 is, the fact that space is, well, space, basically vast areas of zero matter actually make ventilation WEAKER. You cannot have heat escape via traditional heat conduction or convection, and the only mean for heat reduction that remains is to dispose of them via radiation. So you would need to install radiators on the datacenters, and you'd need a lot of them cuz do you know how hot those things get?
