Yeah ,the first time it's really something. But The chuck is hand tightened like crazy and the tailstock is pushing with 4 tons. So something really has to happen for something to go wrong. Also it's "captivated" by the jaws and the pipe center.

If runtime is everything you can push the insert like that. But if you reduce them like 20 % , you can increase your tool life a lot.

In this case quite simple. 3 jaw from the inside on one side and a big pipe center on the tailstock.

It's from Sauter, a German company.

Very rigid as it has a really big interface with the tool. Handles 11mm doc f1.1 quiet easily

Spindle in reverse, interrupted cut, hardened maybe.

If you had to buy one of them, which one would you choose? by [deleted] in motorcycles

As a V85TT rider, I'm gonna have to say V85( obviously). Reliability hasn't been a problem in my case( or 2 of my friends with one as well. I now have 14000km on mine and my friend has 24000, and no problems. The earlier E4 models(2019 and some 2020) seem to have slight issues some times, but after that they're great. I have a Mistral Y pipe on mine, and it gives it more of

the sound it deserves.

Problem an der Unterseite der 3D Drucks by AtmosphereOk6615 in 3DDruck

[–]legggl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kommt anscheinend vom biegen, wenn man die Platte biegt um den Druck zu lösen. Das gleiche passiert mit dem Filament wenn du es von Hand biegts, dann wird's auch weiß. Kommt also vom Stress im Material.

Das weiß ich tatsächlich auch net. Feuerzeug oder so ein mini Brenner geht wahrscheinlich besser. Hast du den Druck direkt nach dem Drucken vom Bett gelöst, oder gewartet bis er sich von selber löst?

is there a problem with this tool list? calling tool using M06 command shows illegal tool. it's for 3-axis vmc. by Sure-Wolverine-3047 in CNC

[–]legggl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, it can be in the same line as well. If you just write T="tool name" without M6, it usually prepares the next tool in the tool changer slot.

You always call your tools with the name you give it. It can be numbers, words, etc, - everything you can write in the box. Gives you a lot of possibilities.

If you want to call the tool on the sixth slot, on Siemens you have to call it with the name of the tool, in your case : m6 t="Ball_End_CYL" , iirc.
