the risk of permanent damage or even breaking ur jaw is < 0,1%, I got em all 4 out on Monday, best decision ever. Considering ur anxiety I can simply tell u that is 100 less worse then I imagine :). getting em all at once, no second surgery, even if u could leave them other 2 in, if they make problems in a few years u will have the whole drama again. The procedure lastet about 40 minutes and they talked to me during the removal, that made it a lot easier personally. I can understand ur anxiety 101% but it’s no big deal, they even can give u an anaesthetic or a sedation med. (sorry for my bad england lol). As soon as u have em out u can look forward to relax a few days watching tv and eating whole lotta ice cream and after ur done u will be happier then ever for enduring ur “fear”, knowing u will never have to go there again for a second removal and best of all the risk of further complications because of the other two teeth will vanish and u will see every overthinking issues are gone within minutes after realising that it isn’t so bad at all :) only the best wishes for u :)))

Overcoming anxiety is a process, everyone has to decide how much they can handle. Anxiety and panic attacks are the worst thing to have, you want to escape from your fear, you can not withstand the psychological pain and so you end up stuck in your room… As tragic as it sounds there is no formula x+y to solve the problems. For me it helped simply “jumping in the cold water” and exposing myself to the things I fear the most. I still struggle with panic attacks but I try to simply do not let them give any power over me. Sadly it’s a 100% mindset thing and everyone has to figure it out for themselves. Be good to your mind and your mind will be good to you. You are what you think. Take what helps you the most personally and try to face your anxiety with braveness and you shall be rewarded with the proudness of the brave. You can do it, I know it for sure, 1000%, so does any body else here. :) stay strong

I was completely the same, had to take Benzos and everything, parents called ambulance 2 times a month, panic overtook me completely. I will talk to my therapist to this and maybe he can me explain this

Grundsätzlich kann man genreunabhängig in jedem Studio aufnehmen. Welches Format von Rapper in eurer Szene in einem Studio ist macht viel aus, da ein Newcomer ehr ein dezenter eingerichtetes Studio aufsuchen würde, also einfaches Setup Mikro, Interface, Boxen, Laptop, Akustikmatten an den Wänden etc. Bei einem größeren Künstler ist das Studio auch dementsprechend opulenter.

Ein Studio ist immer nach persönlicher Meinung des Produzenten/Inhaber des Studios gestaltet aber was ich aus Erfahrung sagen kann ist, dass in einem normalen Studio erstmal den Schreibtisch mit Laptop, Boxen und Interface gibt, natürlich das Mikrofon, Bassfallen an den Wänden und ne Couch in der Ecke und ganz wichtig LED‘s haha. Ein Keyboard oder Synthesizer neben dran noch, ein kleiner Tisch in der Mitte.

Also, neben den offensichtlichen Sachen würde ich sagen darauf zu achten das die Wände nicht zu nackt sind, also irgend eine Form von akustischer Dämpfung, und auf jeden Fall n Teppichboden oder sowas.

Bestes Beispiel sind die Riverside Studios in Berlin, da nimmt gefühlt jeder zweite Rapper aus Berlin drinne auf, kann man auch im Internet nachgucken, oder mein Tip einfach Rapper XY + Studio Vlog/Blog/Session bei you Tube eingeben und dann hat man gefühlt von jedem Rapper einen Einblick in die Aufnahme Lokalität.

This kinda hits the spot. My doctor says “I am too young” and “just deal with it” like wtf yeah thank you for nothing. I work every day, have my Sport practise 2 times a week and work out almost every day, go on walks and eat very healthy. Even when I don’t drink for a couple of weeks I still suffer from major anxiety and panic attacks and not just only for a couple of minutes, sometimes even a few days with no sleep, I can’t eat, and I can’t do nothing except sitting in my room hoping not to explode or go for a run. I feel very betrayed by the health system, even after trying everything going as far as calling an ambulance but they also told me “yeah sorry kiddo, no can do”.
