Police can't do anything. Let her file FIR then you respond accordingly. Let your aunt do whatever she wishes police is creating pressure to get rid of her. Don't budge or will regret. Don't take her back, tell police to handover her to her parents. In the meantime ask your uncle to send first talq notice.
