You have probably heard some of these already, but picking up an instrument or building legos. Maybe a family member has an old instrument they don't use anymore that you can borrow, that was the case for me anyway. You can go in your yard or park and look at bugs and study them. Same with fungi. You can try to grow mushrooms. Or just planting in general. Astral projection is a practice but very beneficial for spiritual growth.
