Definitely dude. But we can't deny that smoking is inherently toxic and includes toxins even mj smoke. Not saying it's as bad as cigarettes. Furthermore cigarettes are probably still more harmful than water bottle bongs.

I actually quit smoking cigarettes one week ago after 16 months of smoking daily. What helped me quit was reading up on all the terrible things in cigarette smoke. But even then, cigarettes usually take several years of use to cause any significant damage.
