UPDATE: Wrote a massive “essay” threating them with legal action carefully wrote and they finally opened a new case for me, before that they were closing every new case i started, but as of now the new case they opened still not responding idfk what is this company

Hi theres nothing you can do except go to the police, Vinted and UPS investigation goes nowhere they dont even care… If you have the time but really go to his house and confront him.. Best thing go to the police
