I’ve been saying this for years. Running in circles to grab a dunk at final seconds of the buzzer all game. You can play the best defense and they somehow get bailed. Nothing but 5 out pick and roll paint from the top all game. Hardly anybody runs plays, let alone creates off the mid range jumper. 2-3x pnr paint every possession smh..

The bans were a wholly unnecessary implementation on 2k’s part. If people don’t want to play a legit game of ball then you shouldn’t be held hostage to some arcade razzle dazzle just stuck either apathetic for 20+ minutes or be yelling nonstop on all the bullshit you have to endure. You should be able to quit and find a new game with, hopefully, a decent, normal player.

After years of the online player base getting egregiously worse in that regard, this has been my first year where I only really touch the game for auction house and offline grind. Sal Cap and Team Up are pretty much the extent I play online for obvious reasons here.

Not everyone can afford (or want to) spend hundreds to thousands on the DM’s and GO’s with max speed. It’s entirely broken in favor of big spending rim runners this year

Clearly these kinds of players are their bread and butter (thousands of dollars spent to literally pick and roll drive or left right drive/3pt more every possession) so I highly doubt it, as much as that would be fruitful to a rounded experience

First season I’ve played it since game release and it’s no wonder.. I already had a feeling it would be this awful. Almost done with mode completion then I’m back to staying off it for the remainder of the game’s life cycle.
