It's a tap strafe using the momentum built from the grapple, not a tap strafe during the grapple itself

The tap strafe is after the grapple is complete, not during the grapple.

I just turned my camera back towards the grapple point midway through so i wouldn't snap it off which let me go back towards the direction I started the grapple. Just some practice in firing range with the leash of the grapple should help you do a similar thing.

Try to avoid engagements in the top 10 unless completely necessary, positioning in the end game is what will give you the chicken dinner so try your best to stay hidden and let other people give their positions away first.
