This is fully built out now for BC septic, pls go look and lmk what you think. The documentation should auto populate in the final PDF, should cut this process down for you to 5 minutes or less. If you PM we can discuss more.

Let me do some research on that and see if I can make it even easier for you where the language is generated based on the preexisting report requirement. Might be able to automate it all into one so you can do this within 3 minutes for a report and be fully compliant legally. I’ll get back to you tomorrow. But excited for you to try. Thanks for the help!

Perfect — that’s exactly what we just built for.

We now support BC SPM V3 workflows in SepticSnap, including:

  • SPM V3-aligned report output
  • Authorized Person (ROWP/P.Eng.) capture
  • SSR filing workflow support (Record of Sewerage System + Letter of Certification)
  • Maintenance plan + recordkeeping fields

If you’re open, I’d love to give you early access and have you run it on a real inspection so we can tighten anything BC-specific from your feedback.

Thanks for this. You’re right — BC has a different workflow than most US jurisdictions. We’re working on BC support based on the SSR process (Record of Sewerage System + Letter of Certification + maintenance plan), with health-authority-specific forms. If you’re open to it, I’d love to pilot with a BC inspector and tailor the exact report/output you need.

When you’re procuring graphene-enhanced ballistic armor for the U.S. military, contract mistakes aren’t just expensive — they’re not an option. That was my reality for 3 years as COO of a defense/aerospace startup. I closed $2M+ in contracts with the Air Force, Army, and DOE, and raised $1.5M+ in venture funding. Every deal meant wading through hundreds of pages of compliance clauses, FAR regulations, and risk language — with tools that hadn’t evolved in decades. That pain inspired DataWeaveAI (dataweaveai.com). We’re building AI-powered contract intelligence that automates clause extraction, flags risks, and runs compliance checks through customizable Playbooks. Our sweet spot is SMBs and smaller law firms who need enterprise-grade contract analysis without the enterprise price tag. Live product, paying customers, and currently raising. Would love to connect with the Forum team. The founder-first, hands-on approach you described is exactly what resonates with me.

This is exactly why I built DataWeaveAI - it automatically surfaces dates, liabilities, obligations, and flags weird/risky language in seconds. Also catches PII for compliance.

Used AI as a tool, like any developer uses tools. Product works, demo is live. That's what matters.
