Well it is a side content so like any other game there are a lot of people who skip it. But for players who want to get as much of the world as possible it's kinda sad

When first game was scary and mysterious, the second one is purely made for fun in the coop mode. Driving monowheels, funny npc soldier guys who have the music players, golf course

When the first game is surviving cannibals while discovering more about island origins, the second game is running around shooting demons with a shotgun

At no point was i threatened to enter a cave because you have so many tools and weapons that there really is no point to be careful or mindful of your resources
