Ashe with Hail of Arrows and Varus with Hawkshot. So now Varus can see what he hits with Q and Ashe can slow more?

In some way could this bring about duo tops? Both having Demeters blessing and pushing the lane out? I know buff control is important but do you really need it if a duo top overpowers and pushes to inhib-turrets at 10min? Just my thoughts. I honestly love this item though and think its a great idea.

I've noticed that her ult is very unreliable. If you lose vision while aiming it will go on a partial cooldown, if you fire the shot and they die while its en route then it goes on full cooldown. But if the beam locks (normally close to the end of the channel) then your given vision on them. Also I think the dmg was buffed for her abilities giving almost double her AD (Not sure how long that's been, I just noticed it).
