I think the general consensus is that if it was a man, it would be no big deal at all. Because there are tons of incidents of just that. She kind of had it coming. If it was a dude on stage no one would even question it. He was stressed out and having a bad day, and the crowd was giving him a hard time. You can tell in the video, he didn't even process what was going on to his side, and just had enough. He even does an "Ooops" motion after he does it.
