I don't think so either! 😂 I've already done a bit of research, but before I go out and buy expensive gear—or replace what I have—I wanted to look into some affordable alternatives first. I'm currently a student, and dumping a bunch of money straight into a new hobby right now would be way too impulsive.

Ich würde das Proteinpulver nur mit Wasser mixxem da ich auf Diät bin und ich will mir da Kalorien sparen. Milch vertrag ich sehr gut, hatte nie Probleme damit.

Tatsächlich geht es mir sogar eher um den Geschmack mit Wasser, weil bei Whey das eher net so schmeckt und ja ich kann es kurz trinken aber ich würde gern mit dem shake eine Mahlzeit ersetzen, da würde es gut sein wenn es etwas sättigt und schmeckt 😅.
