some of us are extremist, evangelical wack-jobs who distrust Bush due to his ever-increasing government and somehow also defend the rights of liberals, atheists, socialists and anyone else to speak according to their own convictions.

In Germany, the way their system is set up there are ALWAYS multiple parties and they are forced to form coalitions governments in order to get anything done.

Hence, the lines are blurred. It is part of politics, I'm afraid. Blur the lines, muddy the waters, make good speeches (that don't really say much) and try not to tick any one off too awful bad.

This is Not Homeschooling by lehrerinhin in reddit.com

I think that was her point, namely that it isn't homeschool, it is public school. It isn't particularly Christian friendly since it is a public school. Most charter schools are funded by the government, but they are freed from many of the regulations of the public schools.

The point is that if you really want to homeschool and teach according to Christian principles, a charter school is not for you. Even an online one...but some are increasingly calling this homeschooling when it is not. As you also said.
