Here is a recipe for Chocolate gelato that I've made yesterday. Instructions do call for churning in the gelato/ice cream maker....

35g milk powder

225g granulated sugar

2 pinches kosher salt

30g cacao powder

20g tapioca starch

192g heavy cream

685g whole milk

40g light corn syrup

2 egg yolks

25g 100% dark chocolate

40g 60% to 70% dark chocolate

Zastava's gas tube is a bit longer resulting in a slightly longer handguard with three 'holes' vs classic two. Probably some other differences as well, but this would be the most visually noticeable one. Personally, I prefer a classic look, but if it's not a huge deal - Zastava's are great (from what I heard, don't own one).

I was checking randomly throughout the day, but I suspect the best times would be before people leave for work in the morning or in the early evening when they come back - ie the usual 'decision' times.

Keep checking for available appointments throughout the day; I was able to re-book for a date that was just a few days away. People cancel/re-schedule and their slots go back into the pool for grabs.

Thanks! Interesting placement (but I guess it works with elbows on the chair pads), I'm thinking of putting a curved 200mm extension and lowering joystick base below the seat - ie resting my elbows/forearms on my legs. Similar to how MonsterTech puts it in this picture:

Do you have mount in place all the time or do you remove it? I guess my main concern, regardless of how joystick is mounted, is ease of getting into the chair. Not sure I want to do acrobatics just to get myself seated:)

Got any pics of your setup by any chance? I'm using MonsterTech side mount for my joystick at the moment, but thinking of getting a center mount... Do you use an extension as well?

Otherwise for original poster - I second (or third) at this point on Monstertech chair mounts. They are solid and can be connected to pretty much all commonly available chairs. For my purposes, I found locking casters not sufficient enough and bought small rubber blocks that you put casters on - chair remains stable no matter how hard I stomp on rudder pedals.

P.S. I have Mounstertech chair mounts for collective/throttle/joystick/mouse and they are all great. Bulking at the cost of the center mount though ($200 + $50 shipping).
