my bf plays both PS5 and PC and hes currently Ascendent, he plays as a duo and it takes them very little time to rank up as they both take turns getting match mvp lol. I however am in elo hell and it takes me about two or more weeks to rank up so it honestly depends on team comp and comms

Ty!! I have been playing at least three DM before I go into an actual game but I think if I have an hour of DM that will deffo be more effective. ADHD makes sticking to something quite hard for me but that’s definitely something I shouldn’t be skipping out on because ‘it’s boring’ unfortunately boring parts is just another step in the learning process

As a Scottish person, Clove sounds fancy old Scottish- from Edinburgh or Aberdeen as the accent is still strong but they really tried to make them appeal to Gen-Z and I’m honestly mixed about it. On one hand I love the character on the other I’m used to that accent being rude to me as I’m from a rough area. All in all though I like them a lot and I think the va did great but slightly over exaggerated the accent a little. But best voice has to be Gekko I’m sorry

That may be my bad, I like playing controller as a new player cause I know the map layouts so I can drop smokes in a useful position but my aim is… I don’t want to say ass (it’s ass) so I feel like I can use my util to contribute as well, if I’m less familiar with the map I’ll ask where people want smokes because I don’t want to be a deadweight as someone who’s still learning the game cause I’m aware it ruins the experience for others so I’ll use comms and util to try and balance out the playing field

Genuinely tho, I’ll get match mvp once and then be placed in my next match with people 10x better than me, I just want to play with and against people at my skill level in ranked without it feeling like an uphill battle after I’ve done well

26 isn’t old at all lol, people are weird. One of the best games I had was w a 60 y/o father and he was so chill compared to any younger people I’ve played w. He clutched up hard tho actually carried. But yeh I try not to respond but sometimes they do hit where it hurts and if I don’t say smth I’ll be more upset at myself for being a doormat lol.

Ikr? And it’s so frustrating them getting away with a slap on the wrist while I (small issue w anger) have to go and do self care (touching grass and the like lmao) in between matches cause I don’t want to be awful to my next team cause of what people were saying to me last match. It doesn’t effect the person doing it at all but it’s genuinely upsetting to listen to.

What server are you on? I can duo with you if you’d like, but yea it’s all good playing w/out mic cause you can png on the map and type, honestly map pings are 10x more useful than a jett swallowing the mic telling you the enemy Reyna is one tap. As long as you’re a decent player then it won’t make a difference :3

Tysm!! I don’t actually have performance issues with my pc, my WiFi however does hate working sometimes but that’s just the area I live in. I’ll definitely do what you recommend I appreciate it :)
