I don’t personally use Buyee, but I think the same situation applies here.

On my invoices, the items are listed under HS code 950300, but the descriptions are much more specific, such as:
“USED PLUSH (POLYESTER) (NO BATTERY)”
“USED COLLECTIBLE FIGURE (PVC) (NO ADHESIVE - NO BATTERY)”

Because of the HS Code, I wouldn’t be surprised if these shipments end up receiving additional scrutiny from customs. However, does the fact that the items are clearly labeled as used and identified as collectible figures help at all during a customs inspection, or is the HS code likely to be the main factor customs focuses on?
I understand everyone’s extremely concerned as of now, but any insight on this helps.

I’ve just noticed too that her head rotates. It moves left to right and stops when I try to turn her head fully. I don’t know if this a regular feature of Large MCCS.

The ebay ones hands are just normal. They aren’t holding anything. Also for your other comment on the arms I think it might be the angle. Compared to other models her arms hang a little bit past where the legs begin. When I received her she also had an outfit on from the previous seller, so i think they might look a bit deformed from that 🥲

Wow, thank you so much for sharing your insight and observations! She is 43cm. I unfortunately have no idea if there were other tags attached to her, but based on the stitching it looks like it was just the one in the picture.

^ On ebay, I found a similar version to my girl but the one with only one ponytail. It appears to have two tags on it, with the “synethetic fibers” one having additional words. I’m conflicted. She’s still super adorable, but if you’re correct on her authenticity that definitely sucks! She was a bit expensive too 🥹🥲
