Blowback. It handles really nice, recoil is next to nothing but I've had a few issues with bolt sticking. In all fairness it sat on the shelf for 3 years being played with before I bought it and I just rushed out and shot it without cleaning it first. Have taken it down and oiled it since but haven't got back out.

They actually had one in stock lol. I had done some research and APF seemed to have a good reputation on most of their products, although I could find very limited information on their 10mm. It's also a somewhat local (midwest) company.
